Ingredients

1 slice bread, crumbled
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sweetener

Method

Mix all ingredients together
Drop on cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 - 15 min or until lightly brown.
